Academic Programs

RGI offers the following programs: Certificate in Biblical Leadership Intensive and Accelerated Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Leadership both designed to equip students with a strong foundation in Scripture, theology, and leadership principles for effective service in ministry and the global faith community.

In addition to the core degree, students may earn a specialized Certificate in Teaching or Evangelism by completing designated coursework and ministry practicum. Upon graduation, students are commissioned for service as leaders within the body of Messiah, prepared to teach, disciple, and advance the Kingdom worldwide.

Certificate in Biblical Leadership Intensive

*No Pre-requisite Required* (22 Course Credit Hrs.)

The Certificate in Biblical Leadership is a 6-week applied intensive designed for believers who are not ready to commit to a full degree program but want more than just “church tradition.” This program equips you with practical leadership skills—like communication, vision casting, and servant leadership, while also teaching you how to read and apply the Scriptures with clarity.

You’ll develop real-world leadership abilities in just a few weeks and leave equipped to lead with confidence and a heart aligned with the Father’s call.

Accelerated Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Leadership

128 Course Credit Hrs.

The harvest is great, but the laborers are few (Matthew 9:37). That’s why we’ve designed this accelerated Bachelor’s program to prepare leaders for Kingdom work with urgency and depth.

Unlike traditional Bible degrees shaped primarily by church traditions, the B.A. in Biblical Leadership restores the ancient paths of Torah and the testimony of Yahusha. Through a rigorous but accelerated structure, you’ll gain the theological foundation, historical understanding, and applied leadership skills necessary to lead in Spirit and Truth.

Whether you are called to ministry, teaching, evangelism, or leadership within your community, this program appeals both to the believer hungry to truly understand the Bible for everyday life and to the scholar seeking to engage with the Hebraic roots of the faith with depth and accuracy.

Commissioning

Graduates of the Bachelor of Arts program who also earn the Certificate in Teaching or Evangelism will be commissioned and given a charge to faithfully carry out the work of ministry.

  • Unlike ordination, which often conveys an ecclesiastical office or authority recognized by denominational structures, commissioning is a biblical charge; an affirmation and sending forth for the specific work of teaching, preaching, or evangelizing.
  • We do not claim to ordain, but rather, as Paul charged Timothy, we exhort and empower graduates to “preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine” (2 Timothy 4:2). Just as Yahusha commissioned His disciples to go forth and teach all nations (Matthew 28:18–20; Mark 16:15), our charge is to affirm that calling and send graduates out as laborers in the harvest (Luke 10:1–2).

RGI Auditing Program

The RGI Auditing Program provides an opportunity for adult learners to engage in select Bachelor-level courses for personal enrichment and spiritual growth without pursuing academic credit. This also allows individuals the opportunity to experience RGI’s programs firsthand before committing to a full degree path.

Auditing is available to individuals who have completed high school, are not currently enrolled in a college level program, or university, and desire to participate as silent observers in a designated class.

Auditors are welcome to attend lectures and discussions but will not receive grades, take exams, or submit coursework. Auditors may not enroll concurrently in courses for credit. However, audited courses may be repeated for credit upon formal admission to a degree program.

Auditors may complete up to 16 total credit hours with RGI over a lifetime. A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required. If the auditor later enrolls in a Bachelor program, the registration fee will be applied toward their enrollment, and regular tuition rates will apply.

Apply to Audit a Class

To apply as an auditor, you must complete the Admissions Application Form and select the “Audit Course” option. If you later decide to enroll as a degree-seeking student, you will need to submit a Change of Program Form to transition into an academic program.
